All Monthly Programs will be followed up by a written

report and pictures so you will know the complete status

of your home. If there should be an emergency you will

be contacted immediately.   

  

 

Arrival Services

Making transportation simple,

Allow us to have your car fully detailed and

waiting for your arrival at the airport. When

it's time to leave the island we can pick your

car up from the airport and return it to your home.

 

 

Home Inspection Services

 

 For your peace of mind, by signing up for inspection services,

we will check your home while you are away. The cost is based

on the number of visits to the home, and we recommend inspections

at least once a month.

Each inspection includes checking all interior doors and locks

for proper closure, turning the air conditioner on to ensure proper

operation, flushing the toilets to keep the bowls full of water,

running water in all sinks, also checking for unusual problems such

as bug or pest issues, leaking roofs, termites, wind damage, and

broken windows, just to name a few of the problems that we have

discovered during past inspections. Also most manufacturers and

qualified service personnel recommend running dishwashers and washing

machines on a periodic basis to keep gaskets and rubber seals from

molding. We recommend, due to the humid conditions, running both

appliances through a rinse cycle once a month to help prevent

premature failure of these components. This will be done upon request.

Although Absentee Inspections do not include watering indoor or outdoor

plants, Key To Kauai can provide this type of service

at an additional cost. Don't delay in signing up for the Absentee

Inspection service if your home is unoccupied for an extended

length of time.

grocery store is a 10 to 15 minute drive away from your home.

Don’t spend your vacation driving to the supermarket. Let us

take care of the shopping and we’ll even put away your groceries

into your vacation rental prior to your arrival. Whether you

just need breakfast or lunch food for a day or you need the

groceries for your entire stay. 

 

 

A La Carte Services

You work hard and when you finally get to your second home

for a much needed rest, don’t waste your time worrying about

 all the little details. Let our Concierge service handle

everything so you can concentrate on simply having fun. Our

staff live/work/play in the area and we know what you need
